small glitch

Turbo tax is a great product & easy to use. I had a problem with Win 7, in that it would shut the program down & actually turn the computer off several times. I had to restart it.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: problem locking

Navigating Treacherous Waters

Using this tool speeds up the completion of my tax forms greatly. Additionally, if I need to drill into a topic in more depth, Turbo Tax will allow me to do it, and if I still am not understanding, it will point to the necessary documentation.
What's great about it: Simplification of Forms Fillout
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Making Filing Easy

This was the first time that I used Turbo Tax and I was really impressed with how easy it was to use!
What's great about it: I liked the easiness of following the instructions.
What's not so great: There was nothing that I throught was bad.

Have been using TurboTax for six years now and never a problem. Very happy! Very comforting to know TurboTax will take care of me if there should be an audit. Worth every penny! Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Found many deductions very easy to use
What's not so great: none

the worst problem I have is, having done my own taxes all of my life, it's hard, as they ask questions, and you have no idea where the info is going. if you haven't done your own taxes, and have simple to moderate returns it would be great.
the downloads from my stock brokers always cause problems. this year, it indicated I had foreign wages, when what I had was foreign dividends, and I had a hard time getting rid of form 2555.

I think more explainations are in order and reviewing pages is not as easy as it used to be
What's great about it: Clean copies
What's not so great: Not enough explaination for gambling deductions and Hsa
