Major Bug Found

Big bug in RSU portion of investments. The program confused shares sold for taxes and current shares sold. Very confusing and a great example of very poor quality control.
What's great about it: Home and Business in one software package
What's not so great: Huge Bug in the RSU portion of investments

Simplified the stress

I am grateful for TurboTax's ability to simplify my complicated return. It is reassuring to know that all the I's have been dotted and t's crossed. Records, records, records... keep them up to date and you can't go wrong.

Made my tax life easy!

Turbo tax really made filing my taxes extremely simple. I have used Turbo Tax for years and personally drove over 50 miles to purchase Turbo Tax because I waited to the last minute to file. I really like the explanations and help feature...everything is explained. The deductions feature is "out of this world!" There were so many deductions I missed prior to using Turbo Tax and now I get better and better each time I file a return. My next steps are to use the planning features of Turbo Tax all year long so when it's time to file next year, I will be totally ready. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to use and so simple to understand

Still together after all these years

I have been using turbo tax for over a decade. As our family and financials have evolved, Turbo Tax has always been able to provide a product that meets our needs. Turbo tax has always been easy to understand and use and I am always impressed with it's performance. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Love the walk through feature, organization, ease of use, downloading financials is also easy and accurate
What's not so great: deleting a no longer used form was a bit confusing

Pretty Excited!

This was my first time filing with my business and although I was worried at first (hence, why I waited till the last minute) it was suprisingly easy and wonderfully thorough. Even when I had a question, there were always additional help sections that cleared up any questions or second thoughts I may have had!
What's great about it: I really liked how everything was simplified and suggestions/ examples were available.
What's not so great: It would be nice if the business section were more tailored to the type of business one is in.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. Even as things in our lives have gotten more complex, the software has made it a much better experience than doing it manually. I feel closer to what is going on in our businesses and finances.
I will continue to use TurboTax and recommend it to others.

What's not so great: would be nice to esily see year over year at any time, going back 3 or 4 years

Easily the best tax software I've ever used

TuboTax is easily one of the best tax software programs I've ever used. I purchased the Home and Business since my wife has a consulting business. I have to say that I wonder why I ever paid for an accountant with this program. I always feel that I get the best that I could get (whether it's refund or owed) each year because of the guidance of this program.
Once I used customer service, it was great. Many of my friends throroughly enjoy the program as well.
I look forward to even better versions in the years to come!
