I love TurboTax and have used for many years! Easy and much more affordable than the big name companies that prepare taxes for you
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

although it was nice that it automatically filled out my estimated taxes, I thought the program would ask me if I expected to make more or less money

Must be some quick way I need to assess if i should take the "standard" deduction; to save me a lot of time.

Horrible experience first time in 8 years

I have been using Turbo tax for 8 years and for the most part find it to be a good program, however when doing K-1s the program falls short. The other feature that needs work is giving you direction when an error appears after the error check run. again I found this to be so especially for the K-1s
What's great about it: great program for uncomplicated tax returns
What's not so great: poor direction for fixing errors

TurboTax - Way to Go!

TurboTax keeps me updated and provides the latest information for me to file my Home and Business Returns easily and quickly. I remember the days before Home and Business TurboTax...took me a long time. Way to go TurboTax!!
What's great about it: Without TurboTax, it would have taken me a long time to get my home and business tax return completed!!

I've been using TT since 1999 and love it. Best product out there.
What's great about it: Ease of use, step by step instuctions.
What's not so great: Some things a little confusing for small business sole proprietors
