I still cannot figure out how to efile my 1099s.

Worst support from Intuit in many years

I have had problems this year with Turbo Tax for the Mac
This is the first year since I started using the original program that was renamed Turbo tax.

What's great about it: You can put the information as you get it.
What's not so great: Feb 25 and I still can not download the Pa state tax

Great Tool For a DIY

I recommend turbo tax to everyone who is a DIY type of person and likes to take charge of their own taxes. Turbo Tax makes things easy for me to find the write offs and refunds my business qualifies for. Great product that I have used for many years.
What's great about it: Easy Guide, Helpful Hints, Streamlined Results
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and user friendly

The 2013 TurboTax edition is complete, easy and user friendly. It allows the user to understand the complicated IRS forms and tackle the procedure with confidence.
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: does not allow you to go back are re-check data

A huge tool

As a married couple, with three regular jobs, and a little business, Turbotax is a great help. We like Turbotax not because of the money we save on professional fees (which somebody could argue they are worth it), but mostly because we get to know more of the tax process and how it works. Being this our third year in a row using the software, each year prepares us a little better for the next one, regarding ways on how to use or invest our money that will give us a better deduction, and therefore a better refund. Overall, we are very happy with Turbotax.
What's great about it: Step-by-step filling of forms, complete with options
What's not so great: Easy to get a little confused among options when used for first time.

The Best Way to Go

It is the best, we have others do them for us in the past and it cost way more than Turbo Tax, it is so easy to follow it took me 3 hours for do my taxes and I have used Turbo Tax for the last 4 years.
What's great about it: Able to do it my self, Easy to Follow, Easy to file
What's not so great: the business section can be confusing

Woohoo! Taxes done!

I've used Turbo Tax for years and I love it! Each year I can transfer the information from the previous year and it saves SO much time.
What's great about it: Transfer last years' information
What's not so great: I have to scroll down to begin each new section instead of it being automatic.
