Makes the drudgery of doing taxes WAY easier

We've been using TurboTax for years and love this program. It is nice that you gather up your documents and the program walks you through the entire process so nothing is missed. If you really know your stuff, you can skip through to the steps you know you need to complete and get it done in less time.
We've always gotten good refunds & are very happy with the program.
I hate, hate, hate doing taxes but this software makes it a much easier task.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step so nothing is missed
What's not so great: Download product should be a little less expensive

Easy to use

Even with multiple income sources, this was easy to use and I got a huge refund

Great product to do taxes on your own. I feel confident taxes are done right with TurboTax because they walk you through each section.
What's great about it: Love that Turbo Tax walks you through each step.

I've been using Turbo Tax for five years and would never do it any other way. I get the hands on satisfaction along with all the tax knowledge Turbo Tax provides. It's awesome!

Kudos for Turbo-Tax 2013

We've been using Turbo Tax since 2004. In addition to our full time jobs, my wife is a free lance cellist, and we have 2 rental properties; the Turbo Tax step by step process ensures that we properly report all income while also getting any deduction we are entitled to.

A Good, Reliable Choice

I have used TurboTax for the last three years and I have never had an issue with them. I've used both TurboTax Home & Businss and TurboTax Business for all of those years. I've even used it to make modifications to previous years and the IRS accepted those without issue. Cost aside, you really can't go wrong with this product.
What's great about it: Relatively Easy to Use, Great Error Checking
What's not so great: Cost, No Notification That Some Itemization Won't Become a Deduction

I feel I may have missed out on a few deductions or tax credits because I wasn't sure about everything.
What's great about it: Easy to do, takes minimal effort
What's not so great: Doesn't explain specific items, sometimes confusing about credits and deductions.

Really maxed my refund!

I have been using TurboTax for the past 3 years to file my taxes. I always e-File through the TurboTax application and I always get the AuditDefense option (I've been lucky not to have to use it so far). Turbo tax takes the accounting and labor out of the tax filing process, all I have to do is answer questions and follow the process and before I know it, my taxes are filed!
What's great about it: Great easy to use interface, e-filing options all included
What's not so great: Annoying to go through the updates whenever I log on
