I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I will not use any other tax program. It's simple, accurate and I feel very at ease using the program. I will recommend this program to everyone I know..

free efile isn't free

Have used turbo Tax since it first came out...it has gotten better each year since it first started...

What's great about it: easy to understand. Walks you through the process step by step

Turbo Tax Home and Small Business - Few Issues

Nothing prompted this, but suddenly I was a "cancelled user" and software would not do updates. I know I missed several updates and am not happy about that. I've been a Turbo Tax supporter and user for years and found this very disturbing.
What's great about it: Always pretty user-friendly
What's not so great: "Cancelled user" and would not do updates!

I have use Turbo Tax for many years now and have always found it straight forward, easy to follow, complete and easy to find answers. Filing is a breeze and records are easy to keep.
What's great about it: step by step with good explanations
What's not so great: no complaints
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
