Turbo Tax is a good program I've used for years and I appreciate the few changes I noticed this year.
What's great about it: easy to walk through

The Easiest Year yet

I have been using your product for several years and I have to say that this year, it went so smoothly as to almost be fun. In the past, it has taken me several hours usually over a couple of days but this time, I loaded the program just to take a look at it and a couple of hours later, I was all through.

Frusration this year

I've used Turbo Tax for years without much difficulty but this year I was very frustrated when for what ever reason I could not get the software to retract an election to use actual expenses for use of car in business in favor of standard mileage deduction. The only way I could resolve the issue was to not save the file and start over. You should be able to go back and change anything you want at any point in the process.
What's great about it: mostly easy to use
What's not so great: some missteps aren't easily corrected

Great Experience

Prompts helped my include all deductions. Prompts also made me review input that seemed incorrect. Information was easy to input. It was helpful that I had all of my information ready to input and did not have to search my files. Would definitely recommend E-Filing. Last year I received my refund in less than 7 days. Also recommend using Turbo Tax each year because the input just gets easier and easier.

Had to override my school district forms because I had two school districts and both schools tried to tax me on my full wages for the year (not just wages earned while living in their school district). Yes. I marked partial on both but still couldn't get the correct wage to come up...thus I had to override to make the report correct.
What's great about it: walkthrough detail
What's not so great: Couldn't efile my Ohio because of the software glich for school tax

I love TurboTax, and have been using it for years. It is easy, and guides me through the whole process. My entire return will be going towards my wedding this year! Thanks TurboTax!

2013 Tax Filng.

Everything was very well done. It is helpful to have added information of what to not include because you will be asked for this information later on a different form. Property tax -v- Unsecured property tax. Some of us don't remember and have to be reminded when and where to enter things. All in all the program is GREAT!
What's great about it: Very smooth and helpful.
What's not so great: Could have more inste information of what Not to include because we will ask for it later.

Filing taxes on a small business for the second time can be daunting! But, turbo tax makes it easy while giving you a sense of security!
