Overall excellent except for some parts

Overall the product is excellent at prompting for every scenario which is great at making sure things are done properly. But some pages have vague instructions on what to do. They assume that the TP knows what they mean. You need to make things as straightforward as possible, and have much better explanations in your "help" section. Way too brief and still don't answer questions.
What's great about it: Love how it does everything for you
What's not so great: Some sections are not explained well

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years. I have tried other software but always go back to Turbo Tax because of its simplicity and accuracy

TurboTax has refined this complex process!

I have been a user since the DOS days. Intuit has refined the tax preparation process year after year. I think this year was the simplest by far.
What's great about it: Complex made simple

Best Guided Tour Ever

If you continue use of turbotax subsequent years it just gets easier and makes you more confident you are getting the optimum safe refund.
What's great about it: Asks the right questions and makes you think about what you are filing.
What's not so great: Scary refund amounts!

I have used TurboTax for a number of years and am totally sold on the program. It has never failed me.
What's great about it: Ease of topic selection, on-going calculations

Easy to use. Some questions were confusing, but there were boxes to click or drop-down explanations to clarify. I have used this for forever, and so far, no problems.
What's great about it: ... except answering questions.
What's not so great: I'm putting my faith in TurboTax

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so. Turbo Tax is the way to go!
What's great about it: help walk you through the forms, step by step process
