I've use for our personal tax returns in the past. First time we've used for our new small business. Worked well, still easy to navigate. Most questions could be answered by doing a search.
What's great about it: Still fairly easy to use for a small business
What's not so great: Worked well for me, no major complaints

Great if your return is not too complicated

We have a lot of depletion deductions on royalties, it is cumbersome to input sometimes. If you want to go back and review your K-1 entry it takes time.
What's great about it: Ease of entry
What's not so great: K-1 Entry if you have a lot of K-1s hard to get back to check them

Need to improve help area to include specific help questions for the different versions of software you provide instead of overall.
What's great about it: Ease of inputting data
What's not so great: The 'Help' area was not as user friendly.

I have been using TurboTax for about 7 years and each year it gets better and better. The rollup of last years information is especially helpful.

TurboTax software v. TurboTax online

I have used TurboTax (Home and Small Business) on the web for many years, ever since the year the IRS did not get its act together and the stand alone versions ended up with errors due to last minute IRS changes. However, each year, the delay between screens on the web version are getting longer and longer. (Intuit needs a larger cloud!) This year was intolerable, so I went back to the standalone version. Purchased it online from Intuit. It downloaded and installed without a glitch. And then it got an update patch from Intuit. I thought, here we go again. But it updated without a glitch and the completion of my very long business and personal tax return went off without a glitch. So, back to the standalone version from now on.
What's great about it: No delay between screens
What's not so great: Haven't found any

Need a better progress indicator so you can update an entry and not have to repeat step by steps
Need better method of applying refund to next years filing
At end of complete review - should have field to allow you to apply refund to next year
What's great about it: reasonably easy
What's not so great: too many passes thru step by step
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: It covered every detail, even things I did not realize.
What's not so great: I get nervous e-filing.

Need a little better help on inventory verses material expense on Sched C
