Audit defense is great. Just can not say enough great things about all of it.

What's great about it: This is my 3rd year and every year seems to flow better and gets easier to understand.
What's not so great: Really all tax forms are tuff, but with the call center its still easy to do!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TTAX 2013

This is my 4th year to use TTAX for my home and business Federal taxes. I live in Wyoming so there is no state tax to file. It gets easier every year even though the tax code gets more complex. Congratulations on keeping up. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone, even those who have never done their own taxes by hand.

I have always used a commercial tax perparer firm due to rental property and a self employed business. Turbo Tax handled all of this and easily led me thru it. Saved me about $400 this year in tax prep fees.
What's great about it: Easy. Through. Professional.
What's not so great: None I could find.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
