Satisfaction year after year

I have been using TurboTax for many years and have always found it easy to follow and reasonably priced. Because I have a home-based business, I use TurboTax Home and Office, perfectly suited to my needs. Working on my 2013 return, I ran into a glitch in the home office section. When I could not resolve the issue myself, I chose to call support. A wonderful rep named Candi worked with me to resolve the problem, and when she also had trouble, she called in another team member to assist. Although it took quite a bit of time, they found the solution. As a result, my refund is $300 greater. I highly recommend this program and the wonderful support team.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. User friendly. Helps me get highest refund with least hassle.
What's not so great: 2013 had a glitch in Home Office section

Great Software

This is the second time that I have used TurboTax to prepare my income taxes, and I am duly impressed with the elegance and simplicity of the software. Not being tech-savvy, I find it very user friendly, and 100% reliable as it relates to the accurate preparation of my returns. I would recommend this software to anyone without any hesitation or reservations at all. Great software!!!
What's great about it: The Turbo Tax software is very user friendly, especially for an area as complicated as Tax preparation.
What's not so great: None, none at all.

Better than ever

This year Turbo Tax was easier for me than ever. They have added some one liner warnings to avoid mistakes. They have also added some friendly alerts telling the user of sections that may not need to be used. Both were VERY helpful. It was very quick- much quicker than expected.
What's great about it: Detailed instructions when needed. Ability to actually look at forms and make adjustments as needed.
What's not so great: Need a little more information about rental properties

One year, the final numbers for Turbo Tax seemed strange to me, so I took them to our financial advisor. She said everything looked exactly as it should. I've never had a problem - in 8 years now.

Easy step by step, printed all the forms I needed and e-filing was as simple as a couple of clicks. 2 thumbs way up!

Very reasuring

I have been filing with Turbo Tax for many years now, and I have the utmost confidence that my refund has been maximized and my filing will stand up to any IRS audit.
What's great about it: I liked the step by step questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
