My return is a little complex. Turbo tax handled all my forms with ease. Asked the right questions and more important answered my questions in a way I could understand. Highly recommended.

As easy as ever

I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 or years (longer than I can remember) and each year it seems to get easier. Maybe the government is making taxes easier (right) I don't know but I have no reason to think of another way to file!
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Complete
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Old hat

This is the 16th year I've used TurboTax. In that time I've gone from a single person filing a 1040EZ to a married father with two home businesses and my wife's inheritance and many 1099s to consider. We even had a death in the family this year that generated K1s.
What's great about it: Always helpful
What's not so great: notification of new forms never got to my cell

MY BIGGEST REFUND EVER!!!!!

I was so nervous about doing my taxes at first. I feel embarrassed that I waited so long to get TurboTax!! I was able to get the most from my refund doing it this way without any problems and saved a ton of money in the process, I got audited last year when dealing with another company who I have gone to for years, I'll never be using them again!!! I have no worries now that I have TurboTax!!! My wife and I will be going back to our cabin in the Smoky Mountains sooner than we thought, thanks to TurboTax!!!!
What's great about it: QUICK,EASY,FUN,LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR!!
What's not so great: No cons!!!!

Happy Tax Payer

I've used Intuit products for years. Their simple but non-patronizing approach, with more ways to obtain support than anywhere else in the "web," makes it much less stressful to put in the hours necessary for accurate tax returns. I appreciate the option to forge ahead in my own way or allow the program to guide me. I also like the fair price. And, finally, that I can use info from previous returns makes the whole thing that much easier and more efficient. It just keeps getting better!
What's great about it: No intimidating Questions, Easy to save and return later, inspires confidence
What's not so great: Couldn't find any

Another TAX Year done Easily

I have been using TurboTax since it first came out, I have never had a problem using the product. I have had friends go to professional Tax people to get their taxes completed (because they felt they had special situations). After they got them done, I convinced them to sit down a go through TurboTax to compare, we easily got them to come out the same. Prior to TurboTax the professional that was doing my taxes had a program that "walked" him through my returns, just as this program does.
What's great about it: Ease of "walking" through the process
What's not so great: As you progress the completed sections stay at the top, so you have to scroll to the bottom to get where the next sectio
