Thorough And Easy To Use

First time using small business version, very helpful with gathering the right data.
Making corrections was a breeze.
Very useful help and tips.
What's great about it: Easy, flexible, and lots of help
What's not so great: very slow to load

A bit frustrating

As a self employed person, I have to run all aspects of my business myself. It was frustrating to have spent much more time than reasonable to complete my taxes this year because of an issue I had with the 8829 federal form. The error message displayed was not helpful. Initially when the taxes were calculated I owed under $1500, when I tried to correct the error flag (after MANY attempts) the tax debt rose over $1600. I gave in and accepted the higher tax owed just to be done with this nasty process.
What's great about it: Able to complete the income taxes from my home office
What's not so great: Error messages were not explanined thoroughly

Just the best of the best..

We have used Turbo Tax for several years. A few years ago we tried H&R Block... went right back to Turbo Tax. We won't make that mistake again.!!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow - answers all questions
What's not so great: ...can't think of a thing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I thought Tenuus was the best possible representative that he could have been. Kind, intelligent and solution provider. Patience is his virtue.
What's great about it: Tenuus (spelling is wrong) was superior with his assistance. He never failed to have an answer for each challenge I had

So quick!

It took me just 10 minutes to file. I had only two W2s, so it was easy, and I knew how to skip all unnecessary questions about foreigh accounts etc.
What's great about it: Very simple, easy to follow
What's not so great: Too many items to review if following the guide

Many Years of Turbo Tax

I have a minor in accounting and I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years. It helps to have an accounting background, but this is one of the most user friendly tax programs on the market today. As long as your entries are honest and legit, it is almost impossible to enter wrong information.
What's great about it: Extremely User Freindly
What's not so great: Quite Pricey for Business or Professional Version
