Since I only do this once a year, I have to go back and forth, checking and reviewing. The system is very easy to navigate.

Love Turbo Tax!

I think this is my 17th year using Turbo Tax and I just find it easy and safe way to get my taxes done and know that all the deductions I deserve get done. I like the hands on approach rather than giving to a preparer because then I can't feel confident. I like feeling in control.
What's great about it: Quick, easy and I can make sure I know what got deducted
What's not so great: Takes some time but not anymore than gathering all the data and filling in the places after the questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Alot cheaper than using a CPA

This is a very good program. I was able to do my taxes a little at a time when I had spare time and if I was missing information I was able to just save until I obtained the information and then continue. This program walks you through asking questions along the way and fills in the information automatically. If you think it made a mistake you can go back and fix it. The only problem I had was importing information from my bookkeeping software, it imported with no problem, but I had one item I couldn't get into the correct category so I had to enter it manually. I don't believe this is a program error though, I think I just didn't have it entered correctly in the bookkeeping. I will continue to use Turbotax!
What's great about it: Saved money and was able to do taxes at my leisure.

Easiest filing I ever did!

I have been using Turbotax for years and i think it is the easiest, quickest and most complete tax filing system out there. No strain, no pain. Thanks again for a easy way to file my taxes.

No ADA Compliant

Navigation buttons are not ADA compliant. Zoom does not enlarge or reduce all text. It is obvious that some of the text was constructed by non-English speaking individuals. Intuit needs to do better QA testing before release.
What's great about it: Trustworthy
What's not so great: Not ADA Compliant and incorrect english phrases

Turbo tax Home and Business

I have used Turbo tax for years, even before e-filing! It is so easy to use, I have taught every one of my family members to use it. First they insisted on me being there while they did their taxes. When they realized how easy the Easy Guide method was, leading them through the relevant questions and finding any useful deductions, they were able to do their taxes on their own. They are now independent, confident in their ability to use the Step by Step guidance to maximize their deductions.
