Took a lot of stress out of April 15th

I started a business in 2013 and really feared the unknown as far as what I needed for documentation, and what was deductible. TurboTax really made the process efficient.
What's great about it: Intuitive, step by step instructions, good help / info online support
What's not so great: No Live chat for real time answer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Following the Road

Its GREAT! I have been using Turbo Tax since 1999 and I have never felt the need to try any other tax software. I have graduated from the Deluxe to the Home & Business and Turbo Tax has changed with me. It give me sound advice on issue that I would have not considered. I like the step by step because sometimes you just don't want to have to think about it overly much.
What's great about it: I lke that it gives me a snapshot of the prior year. That help me to visit those particular areas.
What's not so great: I sure there are some, but the one I have experienced are not worth mentioning.

Great Software

This software is excellent for self-preparation of taxes. With the guidance it gives, it is simple to use. With the checks that it performs, it is highly accurate. With the price of the software, it saves immensely on tax preparation fees. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: It is simple and guided.
What's not so great: None of which I know.

Been Using TurboTax for Many Years!

I've been using TurboTax since the time of the DOS application - every year. TurboTax leads me through all areas and details for filing my tax return. I totally trust TurboTax and highly recommend it. I feel this is, by far, the best software to prepare, file, and store your tax return and associated information.
What's great about it: Easy-but detailed, accurate, and thorough!
What's not so great: No Cons! TurboTax is perfect.

just fine except for e-file

finally had to print and file by mail. i had already entered my credit card info and was charged even though both returns failed to e-file. don't know if the charges will be reversed or if i will have to track down a phone number to be sure i am not charged for nothing. FRUSTRATING. I use turbo tx every year...this is the first time i had a problem..
What's great about it: everything went smoothly
What's not so great: e-file failed. asked me to download more updates which i did 3x
