LOVE TurboTax!

Anyone can use this product, my 7th grader was able to catch on very easily. simple and quick.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, simple and quick
What's not so great: Not much to dislike about this product
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good until the end

This is a good tax product until the end. Paid for my efile and then it wouldn't let me transmit because it said I had an update to do. The problem was no update existed. Used Tax Cut for six years previous and never had a problem working on my Mac. When will intuit learn to support Mac properly.
What's great about it: Tax side is easy to navigate
What's not so great: Fails to deliver on the efile

Two years comparison: can't view the current year deductions It prints all zeros on the screen but gives the right sum.

I love TurboTax. I've been using it for years now, through kids and colleges, through military deployments, through buying and selling homes, moving across country and handling the tax challenges of a death in the family, through employee and self-employment changes. Every new challenge I think I'll have to go to a tax accountant this year. Then I just try TurboTax and it asks all the right questions and handles all my tax filing needs.
My only recommendation is to do more explaining on your help screens in plain English, not in Taxeese. I know that is a big order, but there are a few times when I'm guessing what you are asking me and crossing my fingers that I understood.
What's great about it: TurboTax came through again
What's not so great: Place to go with those questions that aren't in the knowledge base

This is easier then going to a CPA. I like doing it myself with TURBO TAX
