Never disappoints

Been using TT for many years and it keeps on getting better. E-filing is awesome and have the reassurance of someone there to help in case of an audit gives a piece of mind to the preparer.
What's great about it: step-by-step guidance; quick
What's not so great: Gotta wait on the guvmint to get all their forms ready

I wouldn't use any other Tax Software or Service

I've been using TurboTax since 1992 and have NEVER skipped a year. I started with the basic TurboTax, then went to TurboTax Deluxe and now using TurboTax Home and Business. I recommend it to all my friends and family. I have even had friends use those "get your billion back" services. Once I compared what they got back and what they would have gotten back using TurboTax, 100% of them have switched to TurboTax. THERE IS NO BETTER TAX SOFTWARE THAN TURBOTAX!
What's great about it: Always feel like I get all the money due to me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years, best program out there! Will continue to use this program. Well worth the additional expense over the cheaper ones!

GETTING REFUND YAY!

I have used Turbp Tax for 10 years and it has helped me file my taxes easily and smoothly and I am not a tax person. My taxes are somewhat complex with businesses, dependants and rentals.
What's great about it: Couldn't have done it without TurboTax. Found many deductions for me!
What's not so great: TurboTax missed a duplicate entry mistake K-1 form. I had to manually find/correct it.

Excellent product

TurboTax is easy to used and guides you through your federal and state returns. They also offer support after you have filed such as Audit Protection and allow you to pay for additional services out of your refund instead of using a credit card.
What's great about it: Easy to use and detailed tax return software

time consuming to walk through all of the questions, but being overly cautious, I wouldn't have minded having other questions.
What's great about it: walked through everything

Great Product

I love turbotax. I use it every year and love how easy it is to navigate and do myself. It asks simple questions and also lets you walk through on your own if you want to make sure everything is right. It enters the information into the right documents so you don't have to worry about the IRS mumbo-jumbo langauage. I own a small business and TuboTax makes it super easy to fill everything out and makes sure I'm aware of deductions I didn't know about. My only disappointment is minimal additional income from a different state costs an extra $20 to file when it should realize my income from another state hardly makes it worth filing through TurboTax.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy to follow, Covers Everything
What's not so great: State Return Extra
