Good Stuff

This is my 3rd year using this product and it is great.
What's great about it: Walks you right through the process
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love TurboTax; it's fast, easy and convenient.
What's great about it: Most all of it, great program, number of years consecutive use.
What's not so great: Minor confusion regarding business portion and schedule K-1.

If you need to do the IT SBD in OHIO, go elsewhere

TurboTax Home and Small Business edition does not support IT SBD. So you have to do some stuff on your own from the Ohio website to complete your return. Then, because it is not supported, you cannot e-file. You have to print it out. Even if we had to print it because Ohio is not ready, it would have been nice to have this included in the product. It is not a hard form to do but it would have saved me time trying to figure out what goes where.
What's great about it: Same interface
What's not so great: Does not support IT SBD

Liked it except for where the program starts the form once you enter that portion regardless of whether its needed or not
What's great about it: Great tutorial and easy to get through
What's not so great: Creates forms that are not needed when you are just looking to review if the form is needed

Wouldn't install. When I researched it, I found it was a known problem. Only solution they offered was to return the disc. Delay took 2 weeks of my time. They should have offered the download version to people with this problem. I will look elsewhere next year.

Works well until the end

WENT WELL UNTIL THE END WHEN I E-FILED THE FEDERAL RETURN. I OWED MONEY BUT THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THE MONEY TO THE IRS.
TURBOTAX REALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE!

What's not so great: helps are not that helpful
