Turbo Tax was easier to use than other online tax preparation software I've tried. Also, much cheaper than going to the big company tax prep company.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy to use. The questions are in plain language with help in many places if needed.
What's not so great: When checking errors, there wasn't much information to help choose an answer.

Saves time and money.

This is the fourth year we have used Turbo-Tax. It is great. I used to do our taxes manually. This is a great relief and very easy. Also, the Tax Audit Insurance is a mind easer.
What's great about it: Easy to use, continually checks accuracy, rates audit liability
What's not so great: Some special items need to be checked carefully.

Love my refund

No matter how complex Turbo Tax is great to get through your tax filing easily and pain free.
What's great about it: Awesome and easy to use, love the walk through question process
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy as Pie

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and each time they may change the layout a bit, but the questions are so easy to answer. I have great confidence that my return is accurate and everything is included to get the best refund or lowest tax due.
What's great about it: Simple questions, used for many years with success
What's not so great: hmm, can't think of any just yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Happy Tax Day for Me

I've used this tax program for 7 years. The small business program has worked extremely well with my husband's construction business and I feel we maximize our refund in the comfort of our own home. Will use again next year for certain!
What's great about it: Ease of use; presents all possible tax savings; fast; intuitive
What's not so great: Nothing, except delay of Fed and State tax forms...not TurboTax fault!

We love Turbo Tax

We love how easy it is to prepare and submit our taxes with Turbo Tax. It takes us less than half the time it used to take when we did it manually, and Turbo Tax makes sure our math is always right and that our returns are free of errors.
We always buy the Audit Protection service, but thankfully have never had to use it. *crosses fingers for this year too*
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: May not always get the best state return, need to go thru it manually

What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Should be able to only list mileage. I only want to take the federal mileage rate deduction

Turbotax Makes it Easy

I have been using this product for a number of years and wouldn't dream of tryhing to file my taxes without it. It has already interpreted the tax laws for me.
What's great about it: It makes it easier to file your tax at a reasonable price.
What's not so great: None
