Problem with E-filing some how your files got my ssn wrong but gave m no way to fix their mistake only said that I must be wrong so I had to fight with it and still the issue was unresolved it was frustrating and now there is no way for me to do E-filing

So great. There were a few things I'd like to have better definitions for but seriously... with as complicated as the government makes understanding your taxes, TurboTax makes it painless to file them.
What's great about it: So easy... my first time going through and I feel confident I did everything right thanks to TurboTax.
What's not so great: I couldn't have done without the pictures of the employees on every page... it's just one extra step to click through.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Im not sold on TT yet. I find it very confusing. Having to go back to certain areas require you to go through so many questions already answered.
What's great about it: can be done at your home or office
What's not so great: has same things repeated in different areas, gets confusing.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I used to pay an accountant a lot of money to do my taxes. Not anymore! I trust Turbo Tax completely! Love this software, easy to use and understand.
What's great about it: can do taxes yourself

Frustrating

My information was correct on the tax forms but not on the forms completed on Intuit Turbo Tax. Don't understand why. Made many attempts to change the worksheets but to no avail. Felt the program is not totally acceptable because of this inconvenience.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: Didn't like that I couldn't edit Income or Deduction pages

I could not have completed this process without Turbotax. Been using it for 5 years now and its a lifesaver.
What's great about it: carried forward my info, can immediately see tax impact of different options.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
