An overall good experience

This program definitely saved us money and time. It was fairly easy to use, even for someone who doesn't have a lot of computer experience. Had a few snags when going to file, and mandatory updates were required. Went through the process a few times, but it finally went through and got them filed in the nick of time.
What's great about it: User friendly, even for non-tech savvy people
What's not so great: Updating process needs a little work

Makes Life a lot easier

Used Turbo Tax for years. Why spend thousands of dollars having someone do your taxes for you. Turbo Tax covers it all, for all types of returns and business owners. Turbo Tax asks all the questions.
What's great about it: Ask all the questions that I would not think of
What's not so great: none

Still easy and very useful tool. I've been using turbo tax for several years and always have been able to complete my taxes with ease. Really like it.
What's great about it: easy to use - I like the old info auto tsfrd to new year
What's not so great: updates on federal forms was not very clear thiis time - held up filing

Absolute Problems - bad software this year

Been a very happy TurboTax customer for years....until now.
Very shocked that this each time I tried to use product i had to reinstall disc and also kept getting error messages with updates.

I experienced the 2013 Home & Business software as the most user-friendly ever. It seemed simpler, more intuitive and focused on my specific situation. I REALLY appreciated the simplification of the CHARITABLE donations section.
What's great about it: Most Intuitive version since I started using TurboTax many years ago
What's not so great: Could have used a bit more specific instructions to correct "Errors". Kept asking for 1099R data that wasnt in my form.
