Easy to use

I have a lot of confidence in the accuaracy of my returns. I use Turbo tax for my business and my personal taxes as well as my daughter's, my grandson's and my mother-in-law's taxes.
What's great about it: makes everything very ease

Easy Peasy!

It was fast and easy. I didn't have to pour over papers and a calculator for days.
What's great about it: Fast and I didn't have to do any math!
What's not so great: Too many questions about car depreciation.

I liked this product, but I couldn't e-file. The reason was that updates were available and needed to be loaded. I tried, but a message said there were no updates available. I like the fact that info will be loaded into my return for next year (I hope next year's process will be much easier.
What's great about it: Detailed instructions. Thorough.
What's not so great: Used some jargon that wasn't familiar. Couldn't e-file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Went well, have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Im satisfied. I did think the state efile was a bit high.
What's great about it: Process went smooth.
What's not so great: State efile too high.

I have used turbo tax for years. It is easy to use and if ever i have a probably they are easy to contact and resolve issue quickly and effectively.
What's great about it: easy to use.

Turbo Tax is a great tool that anyone can use. It gets your the biggest refund possible. I highly recommend it!

The one thing I thought I would be able to do is go back and file for the years I hadn't filed, 3 minimum, however that is not the case.
What's great about it: easy to follow along and simple to do

Turbo Tax has come a long way since I first used it over 10 years ago. I like the ease of going from one section back to another and making changes. I used to find it tedious. The tracking of the amount owed or the return is also a useful feature. The help menu and ability to pull up related forms at any point is great. Thanks TurboTax
