Simple Easy Refund

I find Turbo Tax very easy and simple to use. Have been using this software for several years now and have not had any problems. Quick and easy e-file too which makes for a very quick refund. The only problem I found this year is the state software did not have all the forms to file when sending both returns. Had to wait over a week for it to be available and no notice or info until you actually went to send. I even checked for updates before going to e-file. Other than that I would recommend this product to everyone.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and fast
What's not so great: Some forms not available when ready to file so had to wait and not informed until you actually try to e-file.

Very User Friendly

I was able to do this my first time and it took about 7 hours total. This includes all the set up.
My husband has his own business and I work outside the home, we have rental property and our daughter is in college. All in all, I like the control it gives you to find deductions that your accountant might not think to ask you about.
I highly recommend this to someone who does not mind doing it themselves. I anticipate next year will go a lot quicker!

What's great about it: User Friendly, good instructions
What's not so great: Few areas can be intimidating and required some extra research

Excellent Work

Excellent stuff and the recording keeping is awesome.
What's great about it: Easy to use...the guide is great and I love the step by step process.
What's not so great: I have no worries

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and never have a problem. I love this software it incorporates everything I need.
What's great about it: Easy to walk thru no hassle

Why does it take so long to load the program. This is why people leave TurboTax.

I have used TurboTax for the last 8 years and it is real good in that it prompts you (In english - not tax lingo) and helps you do it right and not make errors.

Forms

Easy and I like the way it imports data from companies. Gives you a nice walk through of your taxes.
If you aren't using the forms from last year, it is really hard if not impossible to figure how to delete them on this years forms. Especially the K-1 forms. And the forum answers are from 2012 so they don't apply if you follow them.
What's great about it: Covers most everything and easy to follow
What's not so great: Not real user friendly if you have questions
