I use Turbo Tax every single year, have never had an issue. Our tax situation in complicated, but Turbo Tax weeds right through all the red tape and gets my family the best refund possible.
What's great about it: do your taxes in your pajamas

Best Turbo tax ever

I was able to navigate fast thru portions i did not need. and go as fast or slow as I wanted for portions I needed.
What's great about it: Easier to understand and use. Not as confusing as in the past

Made Taxes Easy!

I've bee preparing my own taxes by hand for YEARS! Recently, because of the poor economy I've been working a "side job" as a tax preparer at a "nationally known" tax preparation firm.
I like Turbo Tax very much. I'm used to using professional software like TaxWorks, and this is much easier to use.
It is a bit simplistic for seasoned professionals. But, I understand the need to be able to serve a WIDE RANGE of customers who have WIDELY VARIED backgrounds of tax experience and knowledge.
OVERALL, AN EXCELLENT TAX PREP EXPERIENCE.
What's great about it: Very easy to input information
What's not so great: The program is a little simplistic for seasoned tax preparers
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Love it!!

I love how it makes it so easy to file. I was worried due to the new realtor business I've acquired and my husband getting paid as freelancer didn't help either.. but turbo tax made sure I did it right!! : )
What's great about it: Guided me step by step!!
What's not so great: NONE!
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
