Another great TurboTax expirence

I'm now 3 years deep with Intuit TurboATax, quite satisfied, I DO keep coming back.
This software seems to keep the user in the picture and focused, digs for details and $$ when and where you make it or more importantly, spend it in ways that are deductable.
I'm happy, i'll be back next yesr ... this stuff just keeps getting more 'n more complicated.
What's great about it: No refund, but lotsa help stopping the bleeding
What's not so great: jams me up every now 'n then

TTax doesn't seem to provide a good fix for the update error. i was not able to file on time because I was trying to fix these bugs.
What's great about it: Federal was ok
What's not so great: Could not download State returns or any other updates
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I like how I can control my level of risk. I feel very secure in filing this way. I wish there was a place that could clearly explain why certain issues

Filing left much to be desired

You can do a better job on helping customers e-file. Tried 6 times on the federal form and updated as instructed. Did not work, had to send form in by USPS.
This makes y'all look bad since the forms did not move out.
Also had similar problem with state form.
And I hope I am not charged for "e-filing" my state form. I will monitor this and will complain mightily if I am charged for a service not done.
What's great about it: Great at taking information and formating.
What's not so great: tried to e-file 6 times with no go. Even updated and still no e-filing on federal forms.

Mostly easy.

The first problem I had was that the terminology on the state form wasn't the same as what I was reading off of my K1 form.
Then, there was a fixed sequence for the e-file and payment. I wanted to get the Federal e-file and payment out of the way first, before I went on to e-file and pay for the State, but the program was inflexible about that.
What's great about it: The guide was easy.
What's not so great: e-file and payment sequence not great

My wife and I are both realtors, question were sometimes directed to 'realtor'.
What's great about it: very detailed, covered all my situations
What's not so great: confusing in asking questions when there are two people with the same job title
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
