pretty easy to use

I've used turbo tax for years and will continue because of its ease of use
What's great about it: The walk through was pretty thorough
What's not so great: I had to upgrade from what I usually use in order to file

Great for My LLC

Have used the Home and Business for several years now. Makes doing taxes much easier for my small business. Recommend to any LLC or sole prop business for ease of use and simplicity!!

Overall I'm very happy with the TurboTax products!
What's great about it: I had a question and it was answered politely and accurately by the chat agent.
What's not so great: Online version doesn't show as much detail; I will definitely use the desktop version in the future.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes Made Simple

I use Turbo Tax for home and business, self employed. For some reason, the program wants all of the business information before personal. This approach creates a bit of confusion. It seems that it would be more logical to have all of the personal information completed first, especially when working from a home office. A great deal of the information would already be available for transferring into the business portion. This would appear to eliminate any redundancy, reduce the fear of missing something, and ultimately save time. By inserting the information found on the 1099-G during the business portion, I had to go back and correct an error during the review, something that was not a problem previously. All in all, I have enjoyed using Turbo Tax over the last few years and will continue to use the product!
What's great about it: Like the walk me through each step, thorough questions and answers.
What's not so great: Business comes before personal?

Money in the Bank!

I use TurboTax to file my daughter and son's taxes as well as my own and would recommend TurboTax to anyone. It is quick, efficient and works in your best interest. They look for the best possible deductions for you. I feel that I've gotten every deduction entitled to.
What's great about it: The EasyGuide walks you through quickly.

Dependable and Thorough

I have a fairly complicated return and Turbo Tax always guides me through each step and is very easy to use. If I need to review or go back and correct something later, it lets me do this with little difficulty. I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and I have always been satisfied with it.
What's great about it: Provides an excellent guide to do my taxes
Pros: I bought or sold investments
