Overall, I find TurboTax a life saver when it comes to tax time. It's very intuitive and allows me to complete my taxes quickly and accurately. The only minor complaint I have is that sometimes it may find an error and not provide an explanation on how to solve it. I can usually figure it out on my own.
What's great about it: Streamlines the whole process
What's not so great: Sometimes errors not explained

2013 Turbo Tax

Highly recommend using turbo tax 2013. Makes doing your taxes non stressful.
What's great about it: Very easy and detailed info make it a snap
What's not so great: Should provide 1 state e-file at no charge

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. This is the most outstanding product I use. I couldn't be happier with the ease of use with this product.

most useful feature allows data entry as soon as source documents are available; this means one does not have to wait until all source documents are available before one can begin using the program; it may take more than two months for everything to be put into the program -- avoiding the crunch of having to do all of the data entry at one time; e-file always worked with no problems; ♥
What's great about it: each year the program gets better & easier to use
What's not so great: haven't experienced any problem over many years

TurboTax... Why did I wait this long?

As a self-employed small business owner I've used a professional tax accountant for many years (and paid for it!) Several friends have been encouraging me for some time to switch to TurboTax as they have. I can't believe how well structured this program is. I HATE TAXES, but this was a walk in the park. I feel liberated from the burder that has plagued me the first of every year. Not only did I have a more favorable return, but I saved the cost of a tax accountant.
What's great about it: Simple, requires NO tax knowledge, and covered all possible deductions
What's not so great: Absolutely none accept of course I had to do it myself.

I USED TURBO TAX WHEN THE IRS BETA TESTED E-FILING. SEVERAL YEARS I DID MY OWN TAXES, BUT DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME THE LAST FEW YEARS. NOW I'M BACK TO STAY, DOING MY TAXES AND HELPING OTHERS DO THEIRS BY USING THEIR OWN TURBO TAX SOFTWARE.
