Easy to do

It seems there is an error in Turbo Tax software. I lived in two States in 2013. In previous years, I had zero State (GA) taxable income - retired, moderate income. In 2013, I lived in GA from Jan 1 through June 30 in GA, with essentially same income as previous years; however, TT said I owed a tax for those 6 months. After working for 1 1/2 hours, determined TT apparently failed to split my taxable social security correctly.
What's great about it: Leads me to answer the right questions
What's not so great: None except see Review.

Problem re 4797

I had a problem getting to form 4797, and only reached it when I attempted to physically insert an amount at line 14 of 1040 form. The instructions are not clear when one gets to the area covering foreclosures, long term losses, etc. Had the instructions been better I would have saved 8 hours of supplementary reading.
Otherwise, the program is good.
What's not so great: need better directions

How fast and easy it was to enter information

I've used this program most of my life. I'm very satisfied with their improvements each year when I enter my information and how it finds my last years information and puts it where it needs to be. It asks me questions that I'd never dream of thinking about ...which gives me back more money than I dreamed possible. I love the "It's Deductible" program that is included in this tax program. I found that items were worth more money than I gave then credit.
What's great about it: I love the quick response I get from the company and the IRS with this program.

Rocked My Refund Again this Year

Complete, quick and easy. I have been using Turbo Tax since the 1970s; after training with HR Block. It made the training understandable for me.
What's great about it: the questionnaire method is so easy
What's not so great: There can be a delay to the response to your questions made to the forums and experts but I feel that is to be expected
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Small Business Simple

Turbo Tax made it a snap! I've used Turbo for years for my personal taxes but had no idea it would be this simple to complete my small business taxes as well.
What's great about it: Remembers everything!
What's not so great: Charitable Contributions should be in alpha order

Saved a lot of money and trouble, not having to to an accountant.
What's great about it: Step by step reminded me of every duduction
What's not so great: I found it somewhat difficult to go back and check my business amortized machinery
