Makes It Simple!!

I have been using turbo tax for several years. I have enjoyed using it, if you can enjoy doing your taxes! I am not an accountant but I'm not stupid. Turbo tax makes it easy for me to do my husbands business and our personal taxes with little or no problems.
What's great about it: In language that I can understand
What's not so great: Only had a few spots that caused me to question what it meant.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product but...

Using TT for the past decade now for personal and small business. Like everything except difficulty with access to view/import/download previous year return info from TT online account even when I've purchased the CD or download version of TT Home & Bisiness.
What's great about it: Quick install, Easy to use
What's not so great: Difficult to view/import/transfer previous year return data from TT online if using a TT CD or online download
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Less Work then having someone else prepare it...

When I had someone else prepare my taxes, they had a software (which wasn't nearly as good) or a list that they used to collect all my deductions, business expenses and income. I was still doing most of the work. TurboTax is less work and costs much less.
What's great about it: Keeps all your previous data so you save time not entering it again.
What's not so great: Sometimes it was tough to find where to import forms.

Turbo Tax is the best tax software available, hands down. We have been using it for years for both personal and business. It answers all your questions and gives plenty of examples to clarify. Honestly, it makes doing taxes enjoyable!

Business software is spot on

I'm of the persuasion that one must have taken the time to file one year's return manually, taking the time to read and to understand the local and federal governments tax process, to then fully appreciate Turbo Tax software. Though if one is already in business for themselves, this demeanor to learn isn't foreign.
I'm glad to use Turbo Tax every year. The confidence after filing that the records are in order is worth the money spent

Love Turbo Tax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years! I love it! It saves us a lot of money. If you are familiar with the computer you can use turbo tax! I am a faithful turbo tax user and will continue to be!

What's not so great: wish it would transfer more home business information year to year
