Better every year

Been using Turbo-Tax for several years ( I used to prepare tax as a CPA). I believe this is very thorough and understandable. This year I did call support for a question and got a very knowledgeable person.
You are crazy to undertake preparing taxes on your own!
What's great about it: Correctness and completeness
What's not so great: None - a great experience for a distasteful task

Suggestion: Put the year on the outside binder so when it is in my library I can find it from year to year.
What's great about it: Easier to follow this year
What's not so great: Some comments were hard to understand

There is no explanation of how to find out what interest dividends are subject to VA state taxation while exempt form federal taxes.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Not enough guidance on State Adjustments
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Overall dissatidfied. Could not upload my 2012 taxes to carry over figures and had to reload everything. Also the chargeTax last couple times and this year they seemed much more confusing.
What's not so great: seemed to be a bit confusing compared to last year.

K-1 box 16 - I get an error message for my box 16 k-1 that says I have an entry for code f. I don't have this code listed. This is the second year this has occurred. Is this a TT software error?
What's great about it: simplifies a complicated life
What's not so great: K-1 box 16
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Mixed - Good overall

I like Turbo Tax and have used it for a few years now. Overall I like it and trust it, however there are a couple issues which concern me. I don't remember how the software button is phrased but the selection for View All on some sections does not go through all the topic material automatically. It is necessary to manually go through the material in order to make sure that I hit all the topics and get the best refund.
Another issue is that I had entered the business code for my LLC into Turbo Tax only to find out after printing out the forms that the business code had gone back and defaulted to the default value of 999999999 or whatever the default is. This type of behavior concerns me as I do not know what other information in the software goes back to default values after I enter it.
What's great about it: Simple to use - Easy to understand language
What's not so great: Auto entered default biz code after selection, needed explicit entry to certain topics
