Awesome experience!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I think it is an awesome way to get your taxes done quickly, efficiently and hassle-free. I recomend it to everyone. Why risk giving your personal information to a tax center stranger? Do it yourself.

stress free and simple

we have progressed from EZ to personal plus multiple businesses and rental properties. Turbo Tax handles all of our needs in a simple to follow manner. The guided option was invaluable when we began many years ago, and it's perfect to jump back into when you have something new to process. We are confident to use the 'do it on your own' option also.
Main thing is we never worry that we may have missed something. Great!

What's great about it: love the hold-your-hand guide option - invaluable so you won't miss anything
What's not so great: hefty fee if using credit card to pay owed amount

We were able to get a much larger refund. Things that I didn't think of were actually used on the return. Thanks Turbo-Tax

Ease out of Complexity

Over the years the programs have become easier to use and/or more supportive making the tax preparation easier and quicker. What has been most helpful is the movement of information from the previous years into the current tax year, such as depreciation of business equipment.
Receiving refunds have not been the goal of the use of Turbo-Tax but rather accuracy. TurboTax has helped us prepare the next year tax preparation and insuring our refund or returns are as close to $0 as we can make it.
What's great about it: Consistancy form year to year. Our forms are very complex and difficult due to continued change in the tax rules.
What's not so great: At times, we have to double check to prevent duplications from one section to another.
