I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it just keeps getting better and easier to use.

Great Software!

Great Product

great time saver and accurate. When I first used TurboTax I wasn't sure it would correctly calculate the "home use' portion of my wife's daycare business because it is complicated. Turbotax calculated it correctly which is a huge time saver from doing it manually.
Only downside was in the State portion. I tried to get to a specific area multiple times and couldn't. I started the State portion from the beginning and was only then able to edit that section. All in all a minor inconvenience.
What's great about it: Hits every item, income, credits & deductions
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to go back to an area to modify

A little improvement needed

We have very complex taxes involving businesses, investments, etc. Turbo tax allows us to enter data & prompts for relevant worksheets and data needed. No more looking everything up! We also love the ease of submitting our return. Our only disappointment is the lack of additional information available for Section 179 & Depreciative equipment, and the ability to purchase TurboTax that free files your state return as well. I have to complete my return on TurboTax and then go out to our state Free File and enter everything again.
What's great about it: Ease of entering data & submitting return
What's not so great: Lack of Section 179 & Depr info & added cost for State Filing

Good Experience

Honestly, I was terrified to attempt my taxes alone. Turbo Tax made my experience go MUCH smoother than I anticipated. I feel confident that all the bases were covered and have no anxiety about the results. THANK YOU TURBO TAX!
What's great about it: Like all the details with the questions
What's not so great: No person to talk to immediately, but I was able to figure it all out.

Use it every year

We have used TT Home and Business for years. It is simple and they walk you through every step of the way. This year (2013 Tax year) the printing option for employees W2s changed; it converted from a PDF to Word, which screws up the formatting and prints partial W2s onto pages. This was very frustrating and annoying, in past years it printed from the program and you could save to PDF and print clean copies.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step
What's not so great: Printing
