could be clearer

When you need to override due to Turbo Tax inability to accommodate special situations, Turbo tax is not helpful at all.
What's great about it: makes most things very easy
What's not so great: if you deter from the norm turbo tax is not helpful

I have been using turbotax for years and I feel that I get the most back and I am able to work on my taxes on my time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

best thing about Turbo Tax is that I now understand the nature of what is taxed, what is deducted, and why. Previously i had absolutely no idea--and untili the moment when the tax preparer handed me back the finished forms, I wouldn't have a clue jether I'd end up owing 5 K, or getting a refund of 5 K.. It never made sense to me. Now i understand many of the intricacies. and can plan my finances better because of that.
What's great about it: easy, and fast
What's not so great: no help with figurig out refinance details

Very Easy to Use

I find this product provides an easy transition between a guided approach to preparing your taxes and a more focused approach to freely move to specific sections needed (for more advanced users). This enables users of all experience levels to feel comfortable that they can prepare their taxes with confidence.
What's great about it: Smooth transition between topics, Easy to Understand Direction
What's not so great: Filing Fees are not listed until the very last step

Rocked my Refund

I have used TT for years, this year my refund was larger than expected, I gave it to a CPA to check and he said it was A-OK. So what else is there to say
