Won't do my tax without it!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Always feel I have filed a complete, solid return. Never have to worry about what schedules etc to use--TT does it all for me!
What's great about it: Keeps me on track. I have the feeling I won't miss things.
I find this program very awkward to use, to go from one screen to the next, and to go back and forth between screens when I need to do so. It is especially hard, e.g., to correct a wrong entry on the Extension of Time form. Why the number was wrong I had no idea, but it took almost 30 minutes to find a way into the form and change it. I feel "stuck" with TurboTax since I have used it for years. If another company offered easy data transfer to their program, I would probably at least try it one year. So . . . I am damning Turbo Tax with my faint praise. So sorry, but it's what it is!
What's great about it: It does let me get my taxes done
What's not so great: It is not easy to make changes once I have entered something
I like Turbo Tax and have used it for a few years now. Overall I like it and trust it, however there are a couple issues which concern me. I don't remember how the software button is phrased but the selection for View All on some sections does not go through all the topic material automatically. It is necessary to manually go through the material in order to make sure that I hit all the topics and get the best refund.
Another issue is that I had entered the business code for my LLC into Turbo Tax only to find out after printing out the forms that the business code had gone back and defaulted to the default value of 999999999 or whatever the default is. This type of behavior concerns me as I do not know what other information in the software goes back to default values after I enter it.
What's great about it: Simple to use - Easy to understand language
What's not so great: Auto entered default biz code after selection, needed explicit entry to certain topics
K-1 box 16 - I get an error message for my box 16 k-1 that says I have an entry for code f. I don't have this code listed. This is the second year this has occurred. Is this a TT software error?
What's great about it: simplifies a complicated life
Overall dissatidfied. Could not upload my 2012 taxes to carry over figures and had to reload everything. Also the chargeTax last couple times and this year they seemed much more confusing.
What's not so great: seemed to be a bit confusing compared to last year.
