took 30 mins, easy to use, greater service, 10 years in a row, and the program gets better and better.
What's great about it: Gets easier, able to import, very friendly
What's not so great: hmmm, lots of stuff i don't use

User friendly software

Overall, software is a great tool for tax preparation. Anyone with a half a brain can complete their taxes using this software

Great service, especially the technical support! Turbo Tax will walk you through everything to ensure that no mistakes are made.
And of course no one else can beat their prices, my whole family/friends are saving money this year using their services..

For the seasoned user this is a great program. I can skip all the questions & just fill out the forms pertaining to me! For someone like my sister it is execellent too she would be LOST without all the detailed questions! AND I can assist my family doing their taxes using the same program! I can file up to 5 sets of taxes on the same program!

Program did not divide business expenses on form 8829, nor did it explain what the error messages were looking for. The online help option--throw a question out to "the community"--was not helpful. The program could provide instructions, at least, if not actually allocate the figures automatically.

Good Program

First year with a home business and didn't have any trouble using the home and business software to complete my taxes myself!
What's great about it: everything
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
