I am Intuit Pro-Series customer from 1996, now that I am retired, I'll use only and only Turbo Tax.. Thanks for your help

E-filing shortage

I wish we could e-file more than 5 returns. I do my sons and daughters returns as well as some of the guys I work with for free and had to buy two sets of software to be able to e-file them all.
What's not so great: 5 e-filings is not enough

Wonderful Product !

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It imports your information from the previous year and saves tons of time on the personal information section and calculates depriciates from year to year on it's own. The year to year comparisons are great also and help remind you of any deductions or credits you may be forgetting.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything !
What's not so great: Hard to navigate back to different sections until you figure it out.

Can't file state

Turbotax will no let me print by state return for filing. It only give the option to print preview, save as PDF or cancel. If I try to do a work-around and print the pdf, it has DO NOT FILE shaded in.
What's not so great: Can't file the state and can't contact anybody.

Excellent Product

I like this product since I am not a tax professional. I am certain that this saves me hundreds of dollars each year in completing my taxes without hiring a CPA or tax specialty company.
Turbo tax encourages me to keep good records and receipts every year. As a result, my level of organization over the years has increased to near perfection. In addition, it helps me, as a sole proprietor of animal related businesses, to not only keep accurate records and receipts, but to find deductions that I would not know about in the first place.
Finally, Turbo Tax encourages me to maintain a conservative stance when it comes to filing my taxes and helps me to maintain a realistic and accurate account of what constitutes a legitimate deduction.
This is truly a great product and I will continue to use this in the future as long as I have Federal Income Taxes to file.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Easy to follow instructions. Easy to file return.
What's not so great: I have used Turbo Tax for years and yet, every new tax year, I am unable to download the previous year's tax info.
