It's like Turbo Tax

"This is as easy as Turbo Tax," which has become synonymous with this is easy and intuitive.
What's great about it: This is as easy as Turbo Tax,
What's not so great: It can be a long wait to load the software for use.

I was able to do my taxes in a very short amount of time. It was thorough but very easy to understand and I felt confident that it covered everything. I've used turbo tax every year and it has been very helpful every time.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and quick
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quickest Refund!!

Overall, Turbo Tax is the easiest and quickest way for us to do our tax return! We have used it every year since 2007 and don't plan to change anytime soon.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to enter information
What's not so great: Questions can be somewhat confusing

Proposed Change to TurboTax

I am a retired CPA and prepare less than 10 individual tax returns. Although I have received my PIN and paid for my PTIN, I am not allowed to enter it into the few returns that I prepare. Give extremely small preparers a break!
Less than 10 returns are not worth my purchasing ProSeries, which I have used in the past (from 1994 {MS-DOS} through 2006.)

WHY?

In 2012 the print section of the program caused extreme stress and a mound of ruined paper. My friends and all my family come to me to help them with their returns. The first few pages printed normally but then everything prints as jiberish. When you want to print, why should you have to preview it. If you want to preview, you only have to go to the forms and look at it. Why make me do three extra steps to get a printed tax return!!!! If there is a reason, sure wish one of you brains would tell us.
What's great about it: SCREENS FLOW EASILY
What's not so great: WHEN YOU WANT TO PRINT, WHY WOULD YOU HAVE TO PREVIEW!!

Filing taxes on a small business for the second time can be daunting! But, turbo tax makes it easy while giving you a sense of security!
