This was the first time I filed my own taxes and I had no trouble whatsoever! Will do it every year from now on!

What's not so great: When Entering Contributions u shouldn't have to re-enter everything each time if you are still under the same Charity!

Makes it easy

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. Being able to import information from previous year is great. It's Deductible helps a lot, too.
What's great about it: step by step with explanations
What's not so great: do not always know what details you will need before you start

What's great about it: Every year since I started using TTax it has gotten easier to navigate
What's not so great: We're in a state with no income tax and the program should know this since we told it in the personal tab

I just wish I knew that they were going to charge me to put the money into my bank account. I didn't know of this until you get to the last step and almost get to the send to the IRS screen

It never gets tired or to busy to ask you about deduction, and is 100% on the money.

Generally very easy to use. very detailed.

I would think for the price the state e-file would be free.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and covers all detail
What's not so great: pricey and have to pay for state e-file
