Easy to Use

I have used TurboTax for several years now. It is relativel easy to use. My husband and I both work for employers as well as have small personal businesses as well, and I would have no idea how to figure our taxes without professiona help or TurboTax. Once the paperwork is organized, it all goes smoothly.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Some things are a little confusing

I started out rating it 4 stars, but I couldn't think of any cons or reasons for one less star, so there's not much to say; it's perfect for me!
What's great about it: Simple, easy, and straightforward

This was my first time filing my taxes on my own. My anxiety level decreased as this software walked me step by step. I feel confident in filing my own taxes again for subsequent years.

Turbo Tax is Awesome!

I've been using TurboTax for at least ten years. I recommend it to everyone I know. I actually enjoy completing my taxes as Turbo Tax's intelligent software ensures I get every available deduction. The system is extremely user friendly, and even a computer novice can maneuver through the program. I love several features/functions that really make the process of completing and filing my returns so painless, to include: the links to past tax returns; the storage of personal information, thus eliminating needless re-entry of pertinent data; the link to It's Deductible -- I could go on and on, but in closing I have to say that the Audit Services are worth every penny, and typically I've gotten my refunds within a couple of weeks of filing. I can't say enough good things. For anyone hesitating to use TurboTax for the first time -- don't. Try it - you won't regret it.
What's great about it: Makes what could be a daunty job quite easy. Intelligent software catches errors, prompts for responses.
What's not so great: None

I am super pleased with TurboTax! This was the first time doing my tax return, and I thought it would be harder! Thanks to TurboTax, I was able to understand filing my taxes, and I learned a lot along the way for next year.

Continues to improve

With my wife and I having small businesses the help and guidance Turbo Tax Home and Business provides is great. I can look up additional information to help clarify requests for information easily. I will say that the 2013 version is more helpful and provides better guidance than recent years.
What's great about it: Business expense guidance, Ease of use, Charitable donation valuation
What's not so great: More expensive than other tax software
