Federal Version Excellent, State confusing

Federal forms are fairly easy, though time consuming. The state one (MAINE), however, is always confusing to me, especially the pension income deduction questions. It might be better to actually have one fill out the worksheet instead of asking confusing questions about it. Every year, I spend at least 2 hours trying to interpret it.
What's great about it: Easy walk through of detailed steps.
What's not so great: Time consuming.

Simpliest Yet

This is the easiest filing taxes has ever been. I had to pay but much less than if I had tried to do them myself.
What's great about it: Very simple to follow instructions
What's not so great: Made having to pay not so painful

Easy to use except for the address of Payers on 1099-R; you list 3 lines and the program does not accept an address unless it's entered on the third line. I guess the second line is for an Apartment number or something else. Not sure.
What's not so great: Address line of Payers on 1099-R, no clear instructions.
