TurboTax Rocks!!

I've been using TurboTax for 7 or 8 years for business and personal and love it. It helps me make sure I don't miss anything.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Love everything - no cons

Convenient and easy to use

Overall, a great package. Help section could use a little beefing up, but as long as you don't mind jumping over to the IRS website, perfectly workable.
What's great about it: Guided step by step
What's not so great: Could use additional help on some deductions

Gotta reboot!

I have relied on TurboTax to get my taxes done quickly and easily for the past 7 years, and every year it has worked without fail. However, this year, I installed the software, did my taxes, and received an efile error (601ERRV:4) every time I tried to submit. The forums really didn't help, so I decided to shut it down for the night and try in the morning. Worked first time the next morning. I guess Intuit forgot to add a reboot after the install.
What's great about it: Gets my taxes done quickly and easily
What's not so great: Was giving me an efile error (601ERRV:4) until I rebooted

Ease of use

Everyone should use turbo tax. I have a very small business that I have just started and the software just glides right through the forms that can be very confusing.
I have used Quicken, Turbo Tax and Quickbooks for over 25 years and wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: everything. Checks the form for erros and guides you through the process of fixing it
What's not so great: Non

Turbo Tax has always come through for me. It is very simple and it doesn't add in things that shouldn't be there. Always up to date with the latest tax information. It always leaves you feeling good after filing your taxes.
What's great about it: Everything is clear and as long as your organized it's incredible.
What's not so great: Only for the people who don't use it.

I live in foreign country and now that everything goes thru turbo tax and i don't need a USA address, i am totally loving it!

My first time filing any taxes and i must say this has been a enjoyable experience not as bas as i assumed. Don't think I'll ever pay for someone to do them.
What's great about it: Walked me through every step
What's not so great: I can recall having any problems
