Made my taxes easy

I've been using Turbotax for 10+ years and it's simple, easy to follow and has help me find deductions my accountant didn't think of...love it!
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use

An easy evening work

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came on the market and have found it is as good as ever. I always have trouble it seems to when when I finally get it all done, to get it printed out. But went right to Fixit and got it done. This appears to me just the one problem I usually have, but it does not deter me. Also this year I got fowelled up with Canadian Pension---I have no Canadian roots---and it appears that that form just appeared, maybe I hite an wrong button somewhere. But the problem sees to cleared itself up eventually! Other than that it was clear and simple preperation on my part. So thanks for many years of easy preperation on my part and THANKS to your people for making my job very comfortable and done in one evenings time!!
What's great about it: As always everything was easily interpreted and prepared.
What's not so great: Towards end got complicated and annoying,

I wouldn't use any other tax program

I liked the help feature from years ago, where almost every question was answered in the software help section. I don't like going on-line and ONLY getting answers from other users. Sometimes they're incorrect, or they lead me in the wrong direction, i.e. the State Info question on the W-2 section. I live in Florida. I know that we don't have state income tax, but I put FL in the box. Then it wouldn't let me finish the W-2 until I filed a state form, but it wouldn't file a state form because Florida doesn't file. I DID find the answer from reading MANY responses from other users, but I would think "leave the state info blank if you're in a state that doesn't collect income tax" would have been simpler to find in the Help section.
What's great about it: Easy to Use. Very Accurate!
What's not so great: The Help Feature Could Use Some Help

I love Turbo Tax, it has made doing taxes so simple and quick.
What's great about it: Easily Guided so you do not miss any deductions.

Great for personal filing. Very good for business filing. Goes quickly if you have your records together ahead of time.
What's great about it: Easy to install and use on a Mac. Great for personal filing
What's not so great: Requrires some knowledge of business accounting

Inspires Confidence

Using the walk through helps you make sure you visit all areas of your tax return so not only do you not miss any refunds or credits, but helps you not miss things that can get you in trouble.
What's great about it: Walk-through is well done
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
