Great experience gets better every year

I've been a customer for 20 years, and never think twice about purchasing the next year's product.
What's great about it: Good flow of information; intuitive

2013 Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I am self employed as a realtor. This year I made sure I had all of my business records ready on 12/31.2013. I started filling in the Business Schedule C. I then moved on to my personal deductions. By the time I had W2 and 1099 MIsc. I was ready to finish. It only took a quick review and I have filed earlier than any year in the past. I found Turbo Tax helpful with the step by step approach, but it was easy to move to another section and them come back. Most of the topics we well defined, but some of them left me wanting more information which I got from the IRS website.
What's great about it: Easy and Quick
What's not so great: Not always enough information on some subjects

I know very little about tax forms but Turbo Tax takes me through simple, step by step directions and will not let me mess it up!
