I use it year over year for all of my family.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: Does not handle NOL wells

Turbo Tax offers me the option to download financial info or enter myself. It pulls data from last year's return, saving me time. Love Turbo Tax!

Simple to use. Clean interface -- keeps getting better each year. Easy to navigate forward and backward, which helps when you realize you've entered something in the wrong place or you've missed something. Well worth the money.
What's great about it: Simple, clean interface
What's not so great: None

Fast and Easy

This was my first time using turbo tax and I found it to be very easy to use. The program is set to walk you through each process and what I loved about it the most is that I could save my progress and come back to it later, it checks for any errors before process and I felt like a pro doing it and like I mentioned it was my first time. Great software!!! I would recommend it to anyone. Satisfied customer.

My tax is simple and standard deduction. I do not need a tax professional. Turbo tax do it all for me. I love audit risk meter and necessary I can purchase audit defense for some extra $
What's great about it: Ask simple question, step by step, do all calculation. Free electronic file

Simply the best

I have use tubro tax every year for about 10 years now. I love the ease and simplicity of it however the only "complaint" I can think of is the deluxe edition is a bit much, especially when you charge again at the end of the return.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: maybe the price

I had to search the internet to find how to access the 1099 form. It took me some time and the link in one of the solutions was broken
What's great about it: easy to fill out form
