Continues to be issue free

I will continue to use TurboTax and encourage others to us it.
What's great about it: It continues to be easy and help sections are to the point.
What's not so great: I don't learn as much about tax laws, because I don't have to.

For ex. : They ask if we have insurance. No explanation of
what kind of insurance. Also on the GRANTS blocks it needs better explanation.

I love the fact, that I just put the known numbers in when asked, and walla, done.
What's great about it: Simple for non-accountants

The Ease Of Self Tax Completion

Taxes done In Two Hours, Accepted by the IRS 1st Time Around, by Electronic Filing, Done for another year, what more is there to say, except that I know I have the TurboTax team should I need them if there are any issues with my taxes
What's great about it: Done when You Are Ready, When you Have Time, Expert Help All Throught The Process

Still has bugs.

Still a buggy program. It didn't move a SS# over to a credit form. What else did it miss that I didn't see when looking over the forms? Not enough information in some sections or help / what's this areas. I had a question that the box wouldn't answer when I asked it, as usual. So frustrating! But it's a little better then past years.
What's great about it: Like the pull over from prior year
What's not so great: Still have bugs in the program. Did not move a SS# to a form that was needed for a credit.
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

We have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy to follow and understand. We have never had an issue with our filing.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow.
What's not so great: None
