LOVED IT

This was my first time filing my own taxes using Turbo Tax. It was a great experience and very, VERY, easy to use. I got a larger refund than I did going with my, now ex, tax person.
What's great about it: Simple, Fast, and $$$
What's not so great: What are "Cons"????
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Faster Than Last Year

I did make a few mishaps but used the "back" button and keep hammering forward. I was able to print only what I NEED and no more. With instructions and directions I finished in no time. Thank you turbo Tax!
What's great about it: easy to read, helpful windows, transferable, quick
What's not so great: may not let one go directly to a specific window but very helpful

User Friendly no matter what age

I have been using Turbo for over 10 years and I have experience its growth. It has gotten better every year and I intend to use it for many more God Willing you see I am 75 years young.

I have used turbo tax over 10 years, while I understand the demand for ease of user interface. I can not help but think that some critical calculation went for the ease of access.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax gets more user friendly each year
