Easy to use my first time to use this service and I loved it!!!! I will use it again next year!!!
What's great about it: step by step program
What's not so great: none
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

tax prep for dummies!

should include 1040SS so when people prepare and their address is foreign or US territory and they have self employment taxes, program should automatically use the proper form.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: no 1040SS

Great software and easy to use. They offer step by step instructions. It found me $1,000.00 I didn't know I could get.

I keep getting a rejection on the very same form that I know is in my return form 8862 I have filed three times and it is still rejected I just refilled today

The use of Turbo Tax has become a life saver fot me in time and prerparation. In addition to our joint return, I prepare the tax returns for 3 of my children, all have outside business incomes, and one lives in Verona Italy.
What's great about it: Ease of Preparation
What's not so great: The back and forth to find an input
