Great product. Easy to understand. I like the way turbo tax guides you through each section. Items are easy to enter. It's so easy to go back and edit.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: No cons.

Awesome, but a little confusing.

This year there were portions that I found a bit confusing. I'm not sure if it was the wording of the prompts associated with various portions or if it was just me. It seemed some of the sections were lacking in explanations and clicking the help prompts didn't offer as much help as I would've liked. I made it through the process with relatively few issues though. So I guess TurboTax is still my tax bestie haha.
(For reference I was using the Home & Business software.)
What's great about it: Quick
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

1099's in a flash

Great, loved it, will use it again.
What's great about it: made it easy to fill out info for 1099 and reviewed to make sure I didn't miss any information.
What's not so great: Wish there were question boxes on all the bulleted items just explaining what different tax forms were.

Turbo tax is "Busines Tax for Dummies"

Turbo tax makes doing taxes easy. I own a small business and would be basically clueless when it comes to my taxes. As long as you keep basic records of expenses and income Turbo /Tax will ask you all the questions and plug in your answers and do all the calculating for you. I have been using it now for over 17 years. Before I started using it I had a tax man and then someone turned me onto this program. For the first 3 years I used it I would still go see my tax man and have him review it so I felt confident that it was correct. Finally I felt confident enough to leave the accountant out of the loop because Turbo Tax was doing the same work and charging me far less.
What's great about it: It's a very easy Q&A
