TURBOTAX 2013 THE WORST I HAVE EVER USED

I WORKED MORE THAN 3 HOURS TRYING TO GET THE AUDIT DEFENSE OFF OF MY RETURN. I DIDN'T SUCEDE!! IF YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE I NEED TO GET OUT OF IT WITHOUT JUMP THROUGH A TON OF HOOPES. POOR DESIGN.
What's great about it: SAME AS LAST YEAR
What's not so great: I GOT TRAPPED BY AUDIT DEFENSE AND HAD TO PAY FOR IT BEFORE I COULD E-FILE

Turbo Tax is excellent!

I've been using Turbo Tax software by Intuit for a few years now. This wonderful piece of modern technology is so easy that any computer literate person can use. This honestly saves paper for printing. I really love that each CD bundle can be used up to 5 times, so sharing is easy and actually helps network the greatness that is Turbo Tax! From 1 to 10, if I could choose 11, I would extremely recommend Turbo Tax to everyone I know!
What's great about it: Straightforward prompts, clear and concise questions, intuitive layout, flagging feature, "explain this" links
What's not so great: Updating software not automatic
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Makes my life easier

TurboTax has made preparing returns for me and my family so easy I haven't even looked at any other product for years. I can put information in as I receive it and go back to finish when ready. Simple.
What's great about it: Option to navigate on my own or use the automation.
What's not so great: Can't efile all year, only for a few months.

Easy

My only compliant is the difficulty I have in looking up worksheets from prior year returns. The forms themselves are available. I sometimes need to see the worksheet to see where the numbers came from. 2 years ago I was ready to quit Turbo tax. Last year was some better, this year still better. Always room for improvement. As a bonus lower the price of filing a state return. I only have to file a state return because I filled a federal one. Have been mailing state return but this year paid the fee and sent it in as it is less trouble.
What's great about it: Great improvement over last year
What's not so great: Still don't make it easy to see or print worksheets

This is an easy way to maximize refunds or minimize payments.

Easiest Program Yet

This year's program provided the best experience yet in my over 15 years of using TurboTax. I truly appreciate all the helps and the smooth operation of the program.
I have a comment re the "Few More Details" - I have kids, but they are grown and not living with me. Since I am not sure what the data is used for (regarding kids), I selected "I have kids", but would prefer a third choice of "I have grown kids not at home"
What's great about it: The guided tour provided the easiest data entry for filing in all the years I have been using TurboTax.
What's not so great: None that I found
