Acknowledge and FIX the bug with MARK ESTIMATED

There is a bug with "Mark Estimated" Many users complained of similar problems on the forum, none of which received an appropriate response. The bottom line comes down to IF you mark some fields as "Estimated", and they subsequently flow to other parts of your return, they DO NOT get clear from all areas where they flowed too. This causes an error "Blah blah - is marked as estimated, correct the amount and select unmark estimated", However the item IS NOT marked as estimated and you do not have the option to unmark estimated. This prevents you from efiling. I had to go back and recreate 2 schedule C's as well as their supporting details in order to fix the problem. I WILL NEVER USE mark estimated again.
I have been a TurboTax user for 15+ years, and never had as frustrating an experience as I had this year.

I have used TurboTax since 2004 and because of this software I have saved hundreds, even thousands of dollars in CPA fees alone. Even when I had a very complicated tax situation, I was able to successfully do my taxes with this product. I am very, very satisfied and will continue using TurboTax as long as I have to file taxes!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Inexpensive.
What's not so great: Some explanations are confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have used TT for 10+ years. I think its a great way to file your own taxes, verify your accountant or learn how to save money via taxes. Program is comprehensive and easy to use.

If it could take you to the place where the error is, that would be helpful. It's difficult to navigate to find where the error is to correct it.
What's great about it: I like how it takes you through every step to make it easy.
What's not so great: I wish there were better instructions when there are errors.

2013 turbo tax

1/ reporting ISO
turbo tax needs to better with the ISO report session. Should have a season for excerise and hold portion of the excerised shares, and sold the rest of the exercised shares. Not very one will keep the entire ISO to be sold next year or later. Some will want to sell portion of the options the same year and hold some shares for future. Turbo tax 2013 didn't have this option. Also, turbo tax should add field for user to report different infomation that provided on the form 3921.
One of the question was about number of share hold; but it was asking user to enter the number showed on box 5 of form 3921. As mentioned above, not everyone will keep the entire exercised shares!!!
2/ turbo tax 2013 and the previous years, were not convenient to go back. Each time I went back to see how did I answer the previous questions, turbo tax erased my previous answer and showed blank which forced me to answer the question again. One of the reasons I went back to check on my previous answer was to see how the rest fit in. And also most of the time I don't do the return all as one time. I might do some few weeks ago, and now I pick up where I am but I like to go back to see my answer few weeks ago. And usually at this point I don't remember what my answer was few weeks ago.

Love Turbotax

I could not do my taxes myself without Turbotax. I wish I could, but it would not be possible to do anything else during the year if I tried.
What's great about it: Easy to use, helps me understand the rules and applies changes and updates on the fly
What's not so great: Prooves the tax code is too complicated for a normal human being
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

You need to leave E-File. My return was kicked back and I couldn't e-File. Ask for another fee for the use. I would Pay. It took another 6 days to finish with all the paper.

What's not so great: Can't E-File after April 15th
