Love Turbo Tax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. I love how last year's info gets transferred automatically to the new year. I have had a few times where a question I needed answered wasn't in the Help Center info. You can contact an actual English speaking human and get any question answered within minutes. Thanks Turbo Tax!!! See you next year!
What's great about it: Easy to use - just answer the questions
What's not so great: Can't always find the answer to my questions on the 'Help Center:

Step by step tax prep

Overall my TurboTax experience has been a very good one. The electronic question and answer system works very well. There were a couple of areas where I wished I was an accountant so that I would be able to more easily answer the questions.
Next year I will definitely use TurboTax.

I've been using Turbo tax for 20 years, it's the greatest tax program in the world

Excellent product, intuitive to use, great step by step. raises all the right questions. Extremely helpful in doing a sole proprietor business would be a nightmare otherwise. checks for all the available deductions. keeps excellent records great help from loading last years taxes.
What's great about it: ease of useod information, help screens excellent
What's not so great: a fer areas a little confuding
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Great product. has simplified my tax filing. The advantage plan is great, have it every year. Easy to use, handles the state filing as well. Imports make comparison to last year and completion of new year very easy. No need to reenter personal data.
What's great about it: ease of useod information, help screens excellent
What's not so great: a few areas a little confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is easy to understand

I do my children, one that has a small business return but lives in a different state and then moved to another state.
I pick Turbo Tax Small Business to cover her, but my other children live in my State of California and do not have a business.
